Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services
conversioncontentlab provides professional copywriting, editorial content, and strategic marketing copy services. All services are delivered as described in the individual service pages and project proposals. The scope of each engagement is defined in the project brief and proposal accepted by the client.
2. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full before work commences unless a custom payment plan is agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via Stripe. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly administrative fee after a 7-day grace period.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered copywriting and content are transferred to the client. conversioncontentlab retains the right to use anonymised excerpts from delivered work for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the client explicitly objects in writing prior to project commencement.
4. Limitation of Liability
conversioncontentlab's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 7 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Refund eligibility is subject to the Refund Policy outlined below.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Work has not yet commenced: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
- Work is in progress: A partial refund proportional to the remaining undelivered work may be issued.
- Completed work not meeting the agreed scope: One round of revisions is included; further revisions are subject to additional fees.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the last deliverable. Include your project reference and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Work that has been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
- Custom or bespoke projects where work has been substantially completed.
- Services that have been consumed or implemented by the client.
